 When you have been given the go-ahead to ship items back to us you need to follow these steps:

  1. If you are shipping from OUTSIDE Canada, you need to write "Return to Manufacturer for Repair" on all sides of the box and on the shipping documents. This avoids customs duties that we would then have to pass on to you.
  2. Include a copy of the original invoice inside the package.
  3. Please email us the name of the shipping company any tracking number you have so that we can keep track of the shipment. Send the email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  4. Please arrange to have any customs brokerage fees charged to you.  In the event that you do not, we will add those charges to the return shipping
