Can I import someone else's wishlist?

 Yes.

If someone sends you their wishlist, click on the link provided in the email.

When the wishlist appears, you can click on the icon to add a each specific item to your cart. 

If you want to add all of the items to your own cart, click on the "Add all items to the Cart" text. 

This will take you to your own cart where you can create a profile checkout or save your wishlist for later.
